@LoganGrafTax We paid ours off in 2020. I couldn’t wait to get my 2.75% mortgage paid off. In retrospect, even though I knew I was putting money in escrow for taxes, the true feeling of renting my house from the government did not come fully into focus until I paid it off.

@EverythinKnicks He was quick to continually call out the pacers for quick possessions/bad 3’s in the second half. He called them out at the end of H1 game three when the 20 point lead was cut to 7. On the other hand he had a problem with the KAT continuation and lauded Halin foul to avoid FTs

@ThePoniExpress This seems to be the MO of every late rounder. On the rare occasion it plays out (Brady) we love to look at it retrospectively. Most of the time they end up camp fodder or end of roster and it is never mentioned again. Survivorship bias.

@DaveRamsey 5 years mortgage free. All the time I thought the lender had a gun to my head only to realize the government has the larger gun to my head and I’ll never pay off property taxes.
