@Delta My flight from STL to MSP was delayed for mechanical issues and I missed my international connection, causing me to miss my second connection to my final destination. Your customer service person rebooked me on an Air France flight that was also delayed???
It would be really cute and fun if I could mow the front yard without a random man I’ve never seen before stopping me to tell me I *could* be doing it *this other* way and it would be *easier*. As if I haven’t been mowing grass for over half my life.
@DaddiWoof I agree. I understand a slight delay, stuff happens, but 2 hours was unbelievable. Then for the customer service person to just ghost me after I was explaining the situation and asking for resolution took it to another level.
@DaddiWoof Yeah, it’s not even really the dasher’s fault. The reason that customer service said my order was delayed for so long was because door dash didn’t even tell the dasher they were assigned.
@DaddiWoof I explain the situation and ask for what I feel is a fair resolution to the problem and the customer service representative ultimately ghosts me.
@SoFi funded a loan w/o adequate acct verification (their words) & w/o my consent. Because of THEIR incompetence, I have to jump thru hoops to pay back a loan I didn’t want! Not to mention the “customer service” rep who gaslit the life out of me. Thanks Mike. 0/10 can’t recommend
If health insurance coverage is impossible for the health insurance representative to explain to the customer, then I think it’s beyond time to tear it all down and build something better.😌
When my dog died, I expected the large amount of grief and heartbreak, but I did not expect this incredibly overwhelming anxiety. -12/10 cannot recommend.
