Hot take? The Lightfall story is just a small part of the overall expansion. You finish the campaign in 1 or 2 days and then never come back.

Before you leap to conclusions like “Lightfall sucks” because of the story, consider all of the other amazing things Lightfall has brought to Destiny 2. Tormentors are awesome! The new strike is one of the best ever! Guardian ranks are great! Neomuna is beautiful! Saving in-game loadouts has been a request since like 2013! In-game LFG is coming in a few months! There’s SO much good stuff in this expansion. Don’t let the story alone define your entire review of Lightfall.
