These are significant areas of national significance for migratory birds, flora and fauna, some of which are found nowhere else on the planet. We are LOSING this battle. This should be a top priority for our community.
@EFisherWX Wyze sells a $20 solar panel to power their cams. I’m sure you could even combine a backup battery with camera and solar for less than $100. I would think @GreatSmokyNPS@SmokiesFriends or national weather service would be interested for monitoring. All to say there ARE options.
@EmmetPeppers@heydave7@saxena_puru Are we headed for sustained multiple contraction similar to 2000/2001? Thoughts on safer growth such as Apple, Google, Amzn, Tesla rolling over just as risk-on stocks such as Square, Shopify, Zoom, etc.
@GerberKawasaki Are you concerned about multiple compression similar to 2000/2001? Why wouldn’t valuations roll over like that period? High beta stocks went first, then indexes, now ‘safety’ like AAPL rolling over. Today’s deals” not deals if unprecedented rise was due to fed/stimulus injection
@bburnworth V shape was fed pumping asset prices at highest level in history w/ low inflation. Aren’t we on other side of stimulus w/ fed removing support, midterm elections w/ extremely high inflation? Will fed/stimulus save us again? If not them then who/what is impetus for the v?
@bburnworth Are you worried about medium term multiple contraction? If it were just Tesla alone pulling back, I agree, but the s&p is fully rolling over now. Liquidity is totally drying up. This sure seems bigger than buying the dip again, no?
