Heads-up folks: If you're ever in the market for a new microwave, stay clear of @SharpHomeUSA @Sharp_Canada ! Not only did our drawer microwave start to throw sparks and began smoking shortly after purchasing, thus putting the lives of our family at risk. (1/3)

. @SharpHomeUSA ‘s customer service recommendation to try a local repair shop was only mildly helpful, and not exactly reassuring they care about their customers in any way. Good news is we caught the malfunctioning unit quickly enough so our house didn’t burn down. (3/3)
