@e3tcg Prize wall tickets should be account specific. To address grindability I think they should also carry over to other RQs, donโt see this being a problem with one metal per badge. (Not sure though)
Pools should also be randomized more to stop teams gaming the system.
@Command_Attack If the call by riot is to still double down on this decision and accept some false+s because stopping bad faith trolls is a net positive for game health, then what is the recourse for actual good faith actors, and is it correct for the burden of proof to be on the victim?
@Command_Attack Ultimately statistic decisions like this are going to seem arbitrary to the good faith actor. To a certain extent they are vibes based since riot needs to make a judgement call on where the cutoff is.
@Command_Attack I think it is a dangerous precedent to set with league being as complex as it is even from a pure mathematical standpoint, many builds/champs are hidden op as stated by riot. Why put the judgement in the hands of the community when riot knows they can be wrong?
@JakeHayesTCG@BlitznBones Iโve by far had the least positive experience at magic events compared to pokemon or riftbound. Majority of people are fine but I feel like the game attracts a certain type of person.
@PKirro@mrpokke Despite semi-low base multipliers, has a very universal kit so he can make use of nearly every MOC buff and support. Ends up being very good character
@KingNidhogg This is symptomatic of the ranked system as it is right now though, I donโt see this attitude changing unless ranked rewards/social capital linked to rank is changed in some way.
Do you think there is an actionable way to address either the system or culture?
@KingNidhogg Wholeheartedly agree that dodging is cringe. I think a large reason why it is so common in this community is that many focus on results based thinking only; and often on a small time scale eg. How can I most efficiently use TODAY to win and increase rank.
@KingNidhogg Since they are focused on โnumber go upโ instead of a long term personal improvement based mindset, challenging games seem unrewarding despite priming the individual to be more prepared for rare/challenging scenarios in the future.
