@JagexSupport I have played Mobile version but can't really understand the only feedback is to submit from a different device when I have had the same PC for 5 years.
@JagexSupport I have tried to recover my account and provided multiple transaction ID's over 5 years to no avail. I no longer have access to the original email of the account and the registered email (same as paypal transactions) which I changed to is no longer working. Help
@JagexSupport This sends an email to an account I do not have access to. As I said the registered email which I linked back in 2016 was removed from the account during one of the recovery attempts.

One of the first appeals was approved but revoked a day later for some reason (back at the start of June). Not sure what else I can do/provide.
@JagexSupport I submitted a request that was accepted, then the account was locked again. I tried to recover again my registered email was removed and all recovery requests have been denied although I have provided ample information that I am the account owner.
