@NikeSupport Okay, thanks for your help!

[Kaity @kaitymacc]

@NikeSupport Do you think it will work next time, just don't want to manually add each run, stuck on a treadmill atm so cant use the run app

[Kaity @kaitymacc]

@NikeSupport Yep it's there, thanks! Runs from nike+ipod are usually able to go to Nike+ right? I clicked "send to nike+website" but no luck

[Kaity @kaitymacc]

@NikeSupport My username is kaityella, here's the run details:

[Kaity @kaitymacc]

@NikeSupport Yes please :) are you able to access the info? Otherwise I can screenshot the summary from the app.

[Kaity @kaitymacc]

@NikeSupport Hey, I couldn't find my sportsband today before my run so I decided to use the nike + iPod app but it's not syncing to nike+ :(

[Kaity @kaitymacc]

@NikeSupport Thanks, but I already have that set! It's just in the programs you can make on NTC list the runs as miles so it's confusing!

[Kaity @kaitymacc]

@NikeSupport Is it possible to get the Nike training club app to use the metric system instead of miles etc.??

[Kaity @kaitymacc]

@NikeSupport Thinking about starting the 5K in the Coach section of the running app. Can I use my sportsband for that or do I need my phone?

[Kaity @kaitymacc]

@NikeSupport I certainly have! Just checked - perfect, thank you! :)

[Kaity @kaitymacc]

@NikeSupport it's 01/01/2008.. Should be the first run listed - I didn't have my band in 2008 nor could I run for more than 30 sec ;)

[Kaity @kaitymacc]

@NikeSupport it's kaityella :)

[Kaity @kaitymacc]

@NikeSupport I just loaded up a run but somehow my sportsband had reverted to 2008! I've fixed my band is there any way to fix the run data?
