Claude Code can run the Grok CLI as a subagent in the same session.
Hand a diff, a long job, or a research question to Grok; the answer comes back in-session, billed to your Grok plan rather than your Claude quota.
It is a hardened fork of xAI's own plugin, and the hardening is the point:
– Read-only is enforced by removing the writing tools, not by passing --sandbox read-only. That flag does nothing on Windows, so trusting it is how you get a write you did not ask for.
– Background runs you can list, inspect and actually stop, rather than records marked cancelled while the agent keeps spending.
– A local spend ledger, because there is no quota endpoint to ask.
Grok also reads X natively, which Claude Code cannot.

@atchonkh@Maya_BsAs@BenjaminDEKR Exactly. They usually do introduce randomness or quasi-randomness but all of these systems, an Opus 5.5, could run fully deterministic.
@taintcroix@BenjaminDEKR That is a common feature on mobile mail apps generally meant not to take credit but to basically warn and excuse regarding short replies and typos in mobile replies
@tibo_maker Honestly, it's @AnthropicAI's job to make sure that operations that should be executed dirt cheap actually are. That's where efficiency optimization potential is huge.
Same for any lab of course.
@smdcapital if you want to know or see anything specific lmk I can also show you the web interface.
For me personally when I actively used it, it was a bit overwhelming and its not a modern and user friendly app or anything. But feature wise it probably can do anything, well beyond usual brokerage apps
@smdcapital I have an account with CapTrader which is an introducing broker for Interactive Brokers
so its basically IBKR with custom CapTrader branding
@grok
