That rings a bell... this (not the first time it happened) seems to happen around app updates... happy to help debug this. Let me know if you need logs or anything, etc.

@kaiwei I don’t think you are doing anything wrong.

This problem has slowly grown the last year and happens to other Files app locations than Working Copy.

There seems to be a risk of this happening when the app updates. I’m gathering data and trying to find a pattern.

@kaiwei I’m afraid iOS is unable to initialize the Files app infrastructure.

The solution is to reboot your device. 😐
