Another update: while I was in Toronto me and my sister signed a lease for a place and we feel so lucky because it's a penthouse unit and it was 100 dollars below our budget and the landlords didn't require much from us. So yeah we finally found a place!

I have an hp pre built one cause i was too lazy to build one myself but they said there is basically no way I can upgrade it cause I need to upgrade my power supply in order to upgrade my graphics card and etc. But at least they were able to put in more storage

Also before I went to Toronto I took my pc to the computer store so they could put in the new power supply I bought like a year ago and also to upgrade the storage and they said I'm better off just building a whole new computer from scratch 🙃
