Treat AI like a keen junior employee: it needs training, hand-holding, and clear direction. Provide context and guardrails for the best outcomes and experience.
The first-ever Montaj Digital AI Summit Week was a huge success 🚀
3 days.
5 workshops.
250+ guests.
All focused on one thing: how to use AI practically in business.
Huge thanks to everyone who attended, asked questions, and helped bring it to life.
On to the next one.
Full house for @kaiyanali keynote at AI week in Sopers house, London.
Unbelievably proud of my best friend.
Spoke for a full hour and then opened to the crowd to give their biggest AI problems for Kai to help give a solution.
Killed it.
@JPeaco The biggest bottleneck I keep hearing about is that founders are frustrated that their team isn't operating at the same standard now that AI is involved.
Spending time and building this out means there's no reason your team can't deliver 10/10 output nearly every single time.
Spent my whole Friday night putting together an AI brain for the businesses. Already had this done but never as efficiently like this. Just need to build a glossary and few more missing pieces and we'll start building from there.
A work of art.
New quarter, new Montaj HQ.
The agency started in my bedroom, then we moved to a spare room in my family's house, and then to a local co-working spot, and now to our very own HQ!
It's been a journey. And it's only getting better.
Is there anything else I need for the office?
11 days in London. Client meetings. Events. Some great convo’s.
Now I’m back in Portugal. The shift is immediate.
There are two modes I try go between :
→ Acquisition mode
→ Integration mode
Acquisition is high stimulus. New information, new people, new energy. Your brain is absorbing everything around it.
Integration is low stimulus. Processing what you’ve learned, making decisions, executing. High output.
I’m guilty of staying in either one for too long.
Always at events. Always consuming. Always busy. But never converting any of it into something.
London was acquisition. Portugal is integration.
Your environment isn’t just where you work. It’s how you work.
When your surroundings match what the moment requires, things like creation, reflection and execution get easier.
Some of my best decisions haven’t come from the busiest weeks. They’ve come from the quiet ones after.
It’s either this or I’m trying to mask my travel addiction. Either way, it works.
There is no better feeling to being addicted to what you're building.
I remember working jobs when I was younger looking at the clocks every 5 mins. Now there's not enough time in the day to work on the things I love.
