@Telstra Lightning did strike the area and fried many of the isolators in the street! A lovely and very helpful tech has fixed our problem, as well as at least one other in the street! Unfortunately people have had many appliances and tech devices fried because of the storm 😞 #telstra

@Telstra We had a nasty, fast moving storm go through Brisbane today. Our whole street has lost the NBN/internet connection. When we try asking Telstra for help, they keep asking about our modem. I repeat the WHOLE street has no internet and there was a lightning strike close by #telstra

@Foxtel It looks good, but since a storm went through Brisbane two days ago we only have half the channels! ie: We don't have SciFi but Do have SciFi+2, No Fox Crime but Do have Fox Crime+2, No Fox Sleuth at all, No Fox One, Have Sky News but no CNN and so on..... :(
