@machineError I’m now doing mental gymnastics trying to understand the concept of a prototype that doesn’t simulate usage or is used to answer a question… what is that even? 😅 (is it art?)
@serota ”Moar furthest travelled opinion” as in the person who flew in from the farthest must be the most important. But I’ll take “McKinsey syndrome” for short
@katylcowan@creativeboom I’ve had to reconsider how I lead other creatives. Things that would normally just happen (like showing something a trick in a tool) now needs to be more scheduled (good I think) I’m more aware of how much time I actually need to spend on leading rather than being creative.
@sarahdoody 1. More in-demand, love to see jr positions out!
2. Increased demand of having unicorn skills combos which interestingly also seems to lead to pretty boring work?
I’ve become more steadfast in my belief that UX designer is a seniority
@mulegirl I’ve used “user engagements” as an all encompassing word for very similar reasons! Because it removes the implication of academia, it doesn’t exclude other disciplines and it talks about the action of engaging in any phase of product development
