She was so rude and denied my request altogether saying we can't do anything even if you got A FAKE PRODUCT! And denied my request to transfer my call to her senior. When asked for her name, she cut the call abruptly.

Today I talked to someone named Imran who told me none of my request have been registered and registered my complaint like all the executives before him did
10 mins later, I got a call back from another of your executive who told me even imran didn't register my complaint either.

But your executive asked me to exchange it instead and ensured me that it'll be a genuine product delivered this time but, The exchanged product was also a fake. Since then, I have tried atleast 10-15 times to return it but your incompetent executives never accept my request.
