@airindia The customer service was extremely POOR. There was no compensation for the damaged baggage, and there is no escalation process.

@airindia Really POOR service, can’t get hold of your complaint escalation process despite asking for it multiple times. Not sure if you have real individuals or chat bots responding to DM!

However, as mentioned in DM the bag is unexpectedly damaged. It’s really unfortunate that Air India: a) delays the baggage delivery by 4 days, b) leaves the bag in the porch, and c) damages the bag.
