mtanipiga but lemme say it, pulling up in such large numbers to go to Rhema fest to pray for a better country but not turning up for maandamano to fight for the better country is kinda wild
I have formally written to the EACC on the rampant corruption in the Busia County Executive.
The letter is copied and delivered to President Ruto, Governor Otuoma, the Controller of Budget, and the Auditor-General.
The fight against corruption and impunity must be decisive. Kenyans deserve nothing less.
Kenya inastahili heshima!
If Kenyans can be allowed in State House for a pro-government rally, then Kenyans should also be allowed in for an anti-government rally. The High Court should be tasked to interpret this discrimination in use of public land based on political affiliations.
We reject the UDA-ODM Committee on the 10-Point Agenda and NADCO
On the 6th of August 2025, UDA and ODM formed a 5 Member Committee to oversee the implementation of their 10-point agenda and NADCO.
The agenda of this Committee is ostensibly “…to address long-standing national challenges through the full implementation of the NADCO Report, promotion of inclusivity in public life, and protection and strengthening of devolution.”
The formation of this Committee follows a host of committees, task forces, and commissions that have been formed for various purposes, with little in the way of results.
Leading the way is the NADCO initiative itself, formed as a result of the contentious 2022 elections, and nationwide protests that ensued over the cost of living, electoral reforms and governance reforms.
No one is blind to the fact that nothing changes because the same sludge of systemic rot that benefits the few stays in place, the same corrupt players pull the strings, and political power-grab remains the core intention. Elite capture of the economy intensifies with all these pata-potea Committees and Handshakes.
The formation of these bureaucratic bodies is a deceit that comes at great expense to the taxpayer. This repeated insult against the intelligence of Kenyans will not go unchallenged.
What Kenyans want is real systemic change. What they are getting is reckless performative governance by a lazy leadership whose investment is purely in elite bargains.
If and when there’s a need for ad hoc committees, they must have the capacity to reset governance to the rule of law, restore the humanity of ordinary Kenyans lost through games of selfish elite power-grabs, and rebuild the institutions that must hold leaders accountable.

I am demanding Ksh4.6 trillion from Uhuru and his regime and Ksh2.3 trillion from Ruto. They borrowed this money but it did not come into the economy - Okiya Omtatah
BBC Presented Kenya Police with all the evidence they collected about child trafficking and no action was taken, but try sharing a tweet that destroys their little egos....smh
He approved corrupt deals. For nine long years from 2011 to 2020 Githu Muigai approved every corrupt deal under Kibaki and Uhuru Kenyatta. He should sit down!
This is a seasoned sports journalist hoarding tickets to a national team game in a continental tournament and it points to a very big personal ethics problem.
The IMF's playbook:
1. Lend to corrupt leaders
2. Watch the money vanish
3. Demand the people repay it
4. Privatize national assets to foreign companies
That's not economics.
That's theft.
I have filed a petition in the High Court Of Kenya seeking the prosecution of all our top security bosses for killing citizens and continuing in office as if nothing happened. Mainstream and social media are quiet about this. Friends, we must open our eyes wide and stay on the central issues bedeviling our country. #JusticeForOurFallen. #JusticeForOjwang. #StopAbductionsKE. #RutoMustGo. @C_NyaKundiH@GitobuImanyara@okayojoshua@MapinduziKE@BBCBreaking@Sophie_Mokoena
This kind of reasoning is dangerous and detached from reality. In emergencies, time is everything. People collapse in public spaces, get hit by cars, or are found unconscious often with no ID. Good Samaritans step in not because they know the patient, but because they value life.
To demand documentation before admission is to sentence countless Kenyans to death at the hospital gate. Health is a constitutional right under Article 43 of the Kenyan Constitution. Treatment cannot be conditional on paperwork, especially in emergencies.
