@Swiggy your incompetence with customer care is baffling. Been put on indefinite hold/ no response despite multiple calls for a missing order. After almost 30 mins of hassles, this is how I have received my order. You expect me to eat this when this order was missing for 30 mins?

@BSNLCorporate unable to DM. My father, a retired banker, is not getting any BSNL network in Mumbai. He has a BSNL sim registered in Odisha. He’s currently visiting Mumbai and is not getting any msgs. His IT return is stuck as he is not receiving msgs. Kindly help resolve ASAP.

Been on psychiatric meds for 6 years and waiting for the day buying meds is easier. Last night I was refused, shamed and treated like a criminal for asking for a month’s refill with a valid prescription. 1/n

By now a couple of his staff have come in to explain that I was right. Customers are staring. So he relents and another man takes over. They fill my prescription. They take a picture of my prescription, without asking me. When I ask, why? ‘Filing purpose,’ they say. 7/n
