SOS!!! SOS! The CCP's TRANSNATIONAL repression will succeed in Kazakhstan. The trial will begin on January 29th in Kazakhstan under closed-door conditions. Therefore, we urge everyone to help these human rights defenders before January 29th. It is they who have collected over ten thousand witness testimonies and videos to expose the CCP's crimes against humanity in Xinjiang. Without Atajurt Kazakh Human Rights, the world will lose its greatest force for exposing the CCP's crimes. Burning the Chinese flag and portraits of Xi Jinping was merely a peaceful protest. Atajurt members demanded the release of Kazakh citizen Alimnur Turganbay, detained in Xinjiang, and the release of all Kazakhs and Uyghurs imprisoned in Xinjiang camps. They also demanded the termination of the visa-free policy with China and the public disclosure of all unequal and secret treaties signed with China. Therefore, the CCP and the Kazakh dictator are in cahoots to completely destroy Atajurt. This is a long-planned scheme because they deeply hate Atajurt.
Kazakhstan is colluding with the CCP to suppress Atajurt. Since 2017, Atajurt have been exposing the CCP's crimes against humanity in Xinjiang. To deceive the West, the Kazakh government has done two shady things: they registered two fake, government-controlled Atajurts. They then continued to deceive the West, claiming that Kazakhstan has democracy and that they do not suppress human rights groups that raise issues about Xinjiang. Currently, they are criminally charging 19 Atajurts, exposing their own planned deception of the West. These two government-controlled, government-registered Atajurts are currently in the UK and Germany, and even continue to impersonate human rights groups, participating as guests at various international events organized by organizations related to Xinjiang, such as the World Uyghur Congress. And as early as 2019, they publicly denied the existence of Xinjiang concentration camps on Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (Radio Azattyq). In 2020, four organizations—two officially registered and government-controlled organizations in Kazakhstan (Atajurt Zhastary ruled by Kydyraly Orazuly, Atajurt Eriktileri ruled by Yerbol Dauletbek and Kairat Baitolla ), a pro-Beijing overseas Chinese community organization ("Otandas El" ruled by Mukhan Mamytkan and Kairat Baitolla registered in Beijing and Kazakhstan, and another government-controlled organization (El Amanaty" ruled by Yrysbek Toktasyn posing as a fake democratic group—sued me, Serikzhan Bilash. Therefore, to distinguish ourselves from them, we changed our name to Nagyz Atajurt (in English, it is "The Real and True, Genuine Atajurt Kazakh Human Rights").
These two pro-government, fake Atajurt organizations have been registered in Kazakhstan: Atajurt Zhastary (Атажұрт Жаста��ы, Atazhurt Zhastary) registered under the name of Kydyraly Orazuly (Қыдырәлі Оразұлы), and Atajurt Eriktileri (Атажұрт Еріктілері) registered under the names of Yerbol Dauletbek and Kairat Baitolla. This is the kind of suppression and intimidation we have faced in our struggle to expose the Xinjiang concentration camps. Our situation is extremely difficult. Because the Kazakh authorities refuse to register us, we have not received any sponsorship from any international organization. Instead, the CCP and Kazakhstan are using the state apparatus and a massive social media army to smear us. Our members have been suppressed, detained, fined, intimidated, and even received death threats nationwide. Even their families and friends have been intimidated by the Kazakh KGB. 99% of the eyewitnesses to the Xinjiang concentration camps were rescued by our organization. These include Tursunay Ziyawudun,Sayragul Sauytbay and others. Including six people who illegally crossed the border from Xinjiang to Kazakhstan, including Sayragul Sauytbay, Kaisha Akan.

Kazakhstan unleashes an intimidation and harassment campaign on Kazakhs sharing simple note reading; “Trump, Please Pay Attention to Kazakhstan.”

January 13 — Kyzylorda: An administrative official, accompanied by two police officers, visited Atajurt member Gulnaz Serikbayeva, accusing her of “inciting the public” based on comments left by others on her Facebook video. Turkistan Region: Bagdat Togysbayev, who posed for a photo holding the slogan, was detained for five days.

@SerikzhanBilash stated that the authorities’ disproportionate reaction to citizens merely holding a sign asking the U.S. president for attention exposes the government’s extremely limited tolerance for free expression. January 19, Bilash’s Facebook account was permanently removed following mass reporting campaigns, with no appeals mechanism available.

The Chinese Communist Party is exporting tyranny beyond its borders! We must stop China’s transnational repression.
