Yoga & #Orientation: We kicked off the day with a vibrant Yoga awareness and orientation session specially curated for our Anganwadi Centre (AWC) kids and women, promoting physical wellness and mindfulness.
Welcoming Our Little Ones: To inspire and #welcome the children to the AWC, we distributed learning #slates, sparking excitement for their educational journey ahead.
The kids were absolutely happy and #joyful.

From Tears to #Cheers: A Day at the Anganwadi Center 🩺✨
Today, I visited a local #Anganwadi Center to conduct an awareness session on #yoga, #health,#nutrition and #hygiene for women and children.
When I first walked in wearing my white coat, a few tiny faces puckered up, and the weeping started!
But a little #patience, some gentle interaction, and a few packets of #biscuits completely turned the tide. We moved on to some easy warmup #exercises, and before I knew it, the tears were replaced by #giggles. We became officially #friends then.
To #welcome them into their new joining year after the summer holidays, I gifted them new #slates and slate pencils. I called one child over to show them how to write the alphabet. What happened next absolutely melted my #heart...
One by one, every single child stood up, walked over, and eagerly asked me to show them how to #write on their new slates too! 📝❤️
It was an unforgettable, #lovely moment. They completely made my day.
After finishing the awareness session, seeing the neighborhood kids walking home #joyfully, #dancing down the street with their biscuits in one hand and their new slates in the other, was the absolute best #reward.

Bringing the magic of mindfulness back to school! ✨🧘♀️
On the occasion of the upcoming IDY2026, ystdy
I had the absolute joy of conducting a short #Awareness and #Orientation session on #Yoga and #Pranayama for students as they kicked off the new school year after the #summer holidays.
There is truly nothing better than filling a room with #energy, health, and a whole lot of joy. The students absolutely loved diving into the #yoga poses and practicing their deep #pranayama breathing. But honestly, my favorite part? The giggles. Their spontaneous #chuckles and pure laughs completely transformed the room into such a light, #pleasant, and #positive environment.
To top it all off, my husband gave me the #sweetest compliment on the way home. He told me it’s my "#magic" that allows children to instantly #connect with my speech and awareness sessions, no matter what the topic is ..whether it may be on #health and hygiene or motivation or #mental health or where we go. ❤️
Feeling incredibly #grateful today for the opportunity to inspire these young minds—and for a partner who always sees the magic in what I do. Here’s to a healthy, mindful, and wonderful #school year ahead! 🎒🌱
