@VZWSupport Ok she responded and now says nothing can be done. “Sorry for the inconvenience.” WHAT? The customer rep I spoke to last week admitted the original sales rep made a mistake. So I’m just supposed to eat it? Is this how all your customers are treated??
@VZWSupport is the bane of my existence. 3x now was told I’d get call back by 2 different reps, but none came. All to fix mistake Verizon made on billing. Too many hours off my life I’ll never get back, getting jerked around. Lifetime customer...very bad taste in my mouth.
@VZWSupport Absolute JOKE. Sent you a DM, rep says she will fix. It’s been 60+ min I’ve been waiting. Now she stopped responding to me. Is this your game...just wear customers out and hope expect they give up?? This is AFTER about 10 various phone calls over the past 4 weeks.
