@AmazonHelp If the delivery had been on time to start with, I wouldn't need a refund. It was delayed twice with zero explanation. When I checked the status on June 7th, it wasn't even out for delivery. With porch pirates, I need a specific time and date for delivery. Not a "whenever" date.
