My Skoda Slavia (Apr 2024 reg) has Skoda factory warranty till Mar 2027. Cars24 is still forcing an extra ₹32k(1yr) warranty on top saying it's non-negotiable.
This is tied selling — illegal under Consumer Protection Act 2019.

@Cars24Support @nandabhandari9 @jagograhakjago When the sales person showed me the details of the invoice it is a different component that is added which has the option of removal as per the below screenshots which is not in the car value as mentioned in the email. @jagograhakjago

@cars24india @jagograhakjago The car already has Skoda factory warranty till 2027 + Skoda extended warranty till 2029 at 22k (this is 2 years for manufactures warranty which I can avail).
Yet when I raised a complaint, their response:
"It is a mandatory charge that is already part of the car's value"

@CARS24India charged me 32k for an "Extended Warranty" they claim is MANDATORY.
But their own website says:
"While not mandatory, an extended warranty provides financial protection"
Their own internal system has a REMOVE button for this charge.

While at the sales office in Pune, I raised this concern, couple of other folks had the same issue as well. @cars24india is illegally charging it as mandatory when they have not stated it anywhere officially.

@CARS24India @CARS24official Heads up for anyone buying from Cars24 — they're adding a ₹32,000 "mandatory" extended warranty on cars that are ALREADY under valid manufacturer warranty.

@HSBC_IN Ive been trying to connect with CC representative over a Credit Card txn query over past week. But couldn’t connect even once. I have lost my login credentials but nothing seems to go through, its a pathetic UX from bank like HSBC. @HSBC

I received the call from the fraudster acting as HSBC customer support executive. He shared an email where there was a link for a google meet video call. Since the link was from email [email protected] I thought its valid

@MumbaiPolice @MahaCyber1 I AM IN A VERY PANIC STATE as there have been 5 big fraud transactions happened on my credit card when I received a call from number [phone] on the query I raised to HSBC for having credit card login here. PLEASE HELP ME 🙏🏾
