I’ve learned that in myself and others, anxious moments of leadership often cloak a hidden shame. Hidden beneath are questions around our own competence, belonging, adequacy, security. Often, honestly naming our shame opens our hearts to be more present, lowering the anxiety.
Monday Reminder: You are ENOUGH. You have undeniable value. You are made in the image of your creator God.
