@VPhillipMunoz Is there a longer document describing this proposal and it's implications? The formula for GDP struck me, at first, as being overly simplified compared to other methods like per-class ranking. But, after thinking about it a bit the linear formula for GDP might actually be better.

@AlanPaulFern1 I assume you only apply this policy to extreme cases... and this is not a blanket role you're applying to your area.

Having reviewers raise concerns / skepticism that authors address by presenting empirical evidence seems like a pretty healthy process.
