British nuclear-powered submarines are to form the backbone of the deterrence system.

According to Commander of the Royal Navy Gwyn Jenkins, the new nuclear deterrence would extend to JEF units and would not require activation of Article 5 of NATO.

The JEF includes the United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and the Netherlands.

A Russian strike against the building of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. A rescue operation is underway: crews are putting out the fire and searching for people who may have been trapped inside. All services are deployed. Today in Kyiv, a pharmaceutical company and gas stations were also attacked; in Dnipro, a business center; and in other cities and regions, civilian facilities, businesses, and communications infrastructure were targeted as well. On 27 September, Ukrainian reconnaissance drones recorded Russian troops taking civilians out of the Kupiansk hromada in Kharkiv Oblast. The Russian troops are fleeing while hiding behind civilians.

Ukrainian defenders have entered the temporarily-occupied town of Dvorichna. They are methodically pushing the russian fascist invaders out of this bridgehead west of the Oskil River in Kharkiv region.

Ukrainian Warriors used a new tactic during Operation Vivaldi, striking Russian troops with unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) equipped with Bullspike grenade launchers.

The UGVs attacked Russian positions and then detonated directly inside their shelters.

According to the 3rd Army Corps, Russians believed an entire assault group was attacking them. In reality, the robots were remotely controlled by operators from a safe position dozens of kilometers from the line of contact.
