DJ Tarver was NEVER a threat to ANYONE when Lt. Hernandez ESCALATED his mental health crisis, unnecessarily tasing DJ which led to him being fatally shot while unarmed. This @DENTONPD Koward Kreated Krisis then RAN AWAY so his partner Douglas Downing could fire the final rounds.
