@KPMemberService I was on the phone with members services for over an hour and I was told by so many Kaiser representatives there's nothing they can do. You can give me a number to call and I will reach out. Its frustrating repeating and getting transferred over and over.

@aboutKP After 64 years, 4 Kaiser the Kids with Kaiser, someone screwed up and I'm the only one suffering from their mistake. And have to pay over $8, 000.00 back. Ridiculous, frustrating and really a fricken shame. I'm NEVER coming back to Kaiser.
