Dear @RelianceDigital team, I paid full amount to buy a Water Filter from Bhubaneswar Store on 6th April Inv No. Tax Invoice#TE5824824500856, its been 3 days no response from anyone and so far I havent received the product yet. Its very annoying & pathetic to get such a service

Today is 19th August still the call is open, is this the way IFB Provides service to its customers. The Bhubaneswar Service Center people do not bother to attend the calls. I have been following up since day first still today the issue not resolved. Its really pathetic N Anoying

@IFBAppliances Ticket ID: 1020784399 was logged 5 days ago for my non-working washing machine. It shows assigned on the app, but no response. Calling local Bhubaneswar support (9437982197) results in disconnected calls. Really pathetic service. Need immediate action!

@RelianceDigital Service Request Number is 8073422828 is pending since 28th April so far no one came to my home for fixing it, from this you can understand your SERVICE LEVEL being a such a big company. Its very pathetic, please tell me what should I do now???

@RelianceDigital @RelianceDigital will you kindly let me know many days you guys need to fix my issues, its more than a week no response. Bhubeneswar Reliance Support is very pathetic. Also I bought extra warranty from Reliance and currently my product is under warranty. Have some responsibility

@RelianceDigital request 8073249053-220425 & 8073422828 - 280425 created on 22nd & 28th April and So far no technical person come to my home to fix my Aquaguard which not non-functional since 22nd April. Its really frustrating and annoying the kind of service provided

@RelianceDigital never expected this kind of after sales service from Reliance Digital. Also I bought the Service Pack for another 2 years, guys at least have some respect to customers pains, time & money. Your Service Providers at Bhubaneswar are pathetic and unprofessionals
