Where are the Day/Night forecast summaries on the Web site? The. I select 10 Day and then select today, it takes me to an hourly forecast. I want the Day/Night summary as you have it on the app.

@united Flight UA6201 from El Paso to Houston has a new departure time because we need additional time to assist customers on this flight...No you overbooked the flight and now we are all sitting and waiting for a volunteer to give up their seat. This isnt our problem

@united don't understand how a flight can be overbooked. If there are a finite amount of seats...seems like a no brainer to do but here we are waiting for a volunteer to give up their seat so we can all board the plane. Do better

The site needs to have real time view to the availability of staff and how busy the store is and put a realistic pickup time on the website, as well as staff need to be able to manually disable it and adjust the pickup time for their location

@ChipotleTweets if I place an order online and the site tells me it will be ready for pick up at 1:30pm then when I show up to pickup my order, why am I still waiting 20+ minutes for it.

@united I can understand canceling a flight due to severe weather. But how do you allow people to board a flight and be happy to leave only to deboard the plane because there is no pilot? What? You would think the preboading checklist starts like this--1. Plane ✔️ 2. Pilot ❌

@officialsanjivg My wife was in that mess today but get this one, they board the plane and was set to take off at 9am, but couldn't because there was no pilot. They let them board the plane and everything. You would think the Pilot is like #1 on the pre boarding checklist.
