Signing off for good. It's been the best and the worst here. I'll miss hearing directly from so many great creators and journalists. I'll check in on IG people, and I'm hoping that Post turns into something great. Get on the waitlist: https://t.co/1T6KmdzTlN
Donald Alway sought the recusal after The Times reported that his mother, Michelle Alway, was a former girlfriend and secretary of Girardi. Public records show that she and her son own a home in Monterey County paid for by the now-disgraced legal legend. https://t.co/FBNCAwWbBx
Repealing Michigan’s right-to-work law should be Job 1 for that state’s lawmakers because right-to-work laws reduce workers’ wages and weaken labor unions. https://t.co/SXqKrmklzd
Stopping Putin's invasion of Ukraine must be an immediate goal of U.S. national security leaders. Avoiding war with China over Taiwan is the most important goal. Strengthening deterrence in Asia now will prevent war in the future. We can walk & chew gum at the same time.
This Times story about SCOTUS is not just obviously incredibly damning for Alito, it looks really bad for Roberts too.
After treating the Dobbs leak as a serious threat to the Court's legitimacy, he got the letter with these allegations and then sat on it and covered it all up.
A black woman in Omaha kept coming out to her car covered in garbage on a nightly basis, it happened so often she set up a hidden camera to catch who was doing it.
Turns out it was a cop that was stalking and harassing her.
Not the most corrupt allegation in the article, but definitely the most revealing. A SCOTUS justice gave special reserved seats to a couple for oral arguments in a case for which the couple had been actively lobbying for a particular outcome.
Impossible to overstate the significance of this. A GOP county executive in NY issued an executive order to collect data to prove bail reform was a "woke" disaster for safety. Result: His county was named the safest community in America. 2 years in a row.
