The worst bit was , the washroom was completely clogged and water overflowing everywhere. (Picture attached) No service recovery was done.
So if you are planning to stay at Four Points, Vashi, THINK AGAIN!

Our experience at Four Points, Vashi was so dismal, I hope if you’re planning to stay there, this changes your mind.
My organization has been doing business with this hotel since long and have had happy moments.

However our latest experience was horrible. We had booked a suite and had a bad experience from the get home. Cold welcome, average room, no amenities and when we pointed it out, got a not so positive reply.
