Neither your email support replies properly to my emails sent on [email protected]. And your so-called bot DUMB Elle knows nothing and cant answer anything new other than what I already know. In short, your customer service SUCKS.

@HDFCLIFE Ur customer care 18602679999 never reaches, on the other hand, when I am enquiring about new policy I am getting call in less than an hour, that's strange, seems you are prompt in selling new policies but at the same time do not want to support for the sold policies
