@adampulford Thanks for getting back to me! I have some open issues but they’re not super urgent so don’t worry about that, but more so just wanted to know whether it’s worth reporting via the SnapSendSolve app. Had great responsiveness with Yarra Valley Water but nothing with Merri-Bek.

@adampulford hey Adam! I send issues to Merri-Bek council through Snap Send Solve but they never get acknowledged. Is that a channel that the council is using? I end up having to ring if it’s super important, but that takes a while and often provides less info (ie no photo)
