As someone who’s been singing the National Anthem at rodeo events for over 20 years, I’ll just say….
There’s a way it was intended to be sung, without your own spin. This was 💯the way! Bravo!
An Anthropic engineer paid for my espresso at Sightglass when he saw my screen
I was running my Polymarket bot from the counter. He was next in line. Looked over my shoulder. Stopped scrolling.
"That's not a normal trading app. What's it actually running on"
I told him. Claude Code. Four repos. $25 a month.
He sat down without asking.
"I'm on the agent team. We stress test Claude for exactly this. You're letting it find its own edges"
Not just edges. Wallets.
86 million trades. Every wallet. Every entry. Every exit.
"You're feeding Claude raw wallet data and letting it identify who consistently wins. Then cloning them"
He said it slowly. Like he was writing the threat model in his head.
One prompt. Find every wallet with 100 plus trades and win rate above 70%. Rank by profit. Export top 50.
Claude scanned 14,000 wallets in 4 minutes. Returned 47.
The top 20 made more than the bottom 13,000 combined.
"That's not a stat. That's a hit list"
Exactly.
"And you didn't write the scoring function"
Claude did. I just wired it into an if-statement.
Then I showed him the second repo.
Official Rust CLI. No API key for reads. 500 markets, Claude scores them in minutes.
Gap. Depth. Resolution window.
487 markets become 35 before a dollar moves.
93% killed before I even see them.
A green fill landed on the screen. +$84.
He watched it hit.
"How does it decide to actually enter"
Three agents. Shared wallet. No shared memory. Arbitrage, convergence, whale copy. 2 agree, full size. 1 alone, half. Disagree, no trade.
Consensus filter alone killed 40% of losing trades.
"And the exits?"
The 47 whales never hold to settlement. 91% exit early. 73% of max profit captured. Redeploy immediately.
My bot cuts at 85% of expected move or on a 3x volume spike.
"You built a whale copy bot that exits before the whales"
Yeah.
He put his espresso down.
"How often does it trade"
10 a day on average. Most of them skipped before I look up from my coffee.
My setup:
Claude API - $20/mo
VPS in Germany - $5/mo
poly_data - free
polymarket-cli - free
Polymarket/agents - free
$200 seed. 27 days ago. $14,300 now.
Copytrade here: https://t.co/zDXGamMWw0…
271 trades. 74% win rate. Sharpe 2.47.
I haven't touched it in 27 days.
He stared at the screen for a long time.
"This is literally what our red team simulates. Except you actually shipped it"
He emailed me the next morning.
"Any chance you'd take a call with our policy lead"
I told him the article is the call. Read it twice.
Too late to gatekeep.
You only need Claude + laptop + 1 hour/day.

$58,000.
That's what an 8-tech pool service company in Tampa loses every year to spreadsheet ops.
I added it up.
12 hours a week of admin. Two missed renewals a month. Three customer disputes about whether a tech actually came. One good tech who quit last quarter because route changes never made it to his phone.
I've watched 200+ service businesses try to scale on Excel over the past 18 months. Same pattern every time.
The 12 hours a week:
4 hrs reconciling tech time sheets
3 hrs reformatting tomorrow's routes
3 hrs answering "did we hit this customer?" calls
2 hrs chasing invoices back and forth
That's $1,200 a week at a $25/hr admin rate. $62K a year just to keep the spreadsheet alive.
The missed renewals are worse:
A weekly pool service customer's card declines Tuesday morning. Owner doesn't notice until Thursday. By Friday, they've called a competitor. You just lost $1,200 in lifetime value and didn't know it for 72 hours.
Two of those a month is $28,800 a year in churn nobody's tracking.
The dispute one is brutal:
"My pool wasn't cleaned last Wednesday." "Yes it was." "Prove it."
You can't.
So you refund. Or argue. Either way you lose.

Here's the part most owners don't want to hear:
You know the spreadsheet costs you money. You're not buying software because you can't justify $200 a month when you're "saving" by not paying.
The math says the spreadsheet costs you $5,000 a month in time, lost customers, and tech turnover.
You're not saving. You're paying in a different currency.
Was it worth running on spreadsheets for the past 3 years?
If you started a service company with paper and Excel and you're still here, you already won the hard part. You built something.
The next 5 years won't be won the same way the last 5 were. The owners who scale past 12 techs all do the same thing — they trade dollars for systems before they need to.
Worth it.
While a million people spread a death hoax about Trump on Easter Saturday, U.S. forces pulled two downed airmen out of Iran and four astronauts rounded the Moon. That's what desperation vs. the Right Stuff looks like.
Full breakdown:
Elon Musk: “The homeless industrial complex is really dark… The network of NGOs should be called, the drug zombie farmers… The ‘charities’ get money proportionate to the number of ‘homeless’… so their incentive structure is to maximize the number…”
A CEO from one of our portfolio companies shared this with their team. I’m re-sharing it with their permission, because it resonated and reflects what all founders and CEOs should be communicating.

We are living through a period of compounding change. And in moments like this, the biggest risk is no longer making the wrong decision. It is moving too slowly while the world moves around you.
There are two paths. We can play defense:
- Protect what we have
- Optimize what works
- Wait for clarity
It feels safe. It isn’t.
Or we can play offense:
- Learn faster than the environment changes
- Use new tools to solve old problems in better ways
- And create entirely new strategies and businesses
That’s where the opportunity is.
Challenge yourself to do things faster and better than you have ever attempted. Stay uncomfortable. Stay on the front foot.
Trump told Israel NO on South Pars. Called NATO COWARDS on Hormuz. Both slapped down in 72 hours. Why? Because both serve the same master — Britain's Great Game. The Japan deal shows what replaces it: sovereign energy, nuclear power, critical minerals. The old empire is finished.
Fraud is not a right vs left issue
No tax dollar says Republican or Democrat they come from the American people
When you call out the person exposing the fraud and not the fraudsters maybe you are, in fact, The Fraudster

🚨 Here is the full 40 minutes of my crew and I exposing California fraud, Minnesota was big but California is even bigger... We uncovered over $170,000,000 in fraud as these fraudsters live in luxury with no consequences. Like it and share it, the fraud must STOP.
We ALL work way too hard and pay too much in taxes for this to be happening. These fraudsters have been able to defraud American taxpayers for years without any pushback from the public and politicians.
It is time to EXPOSE IT ALL and end America's fraud crisis.
