thought i was about to get catcalled walking to work this morning by this older gentleman and got a little nervous but he nodded at me and very respectfully said “good morning boss woman”
My dad was a public school teacher; and he always said the toughest parts of the job were:
1. Having to pay for your own classroom chalk, and
2. Performing gender-reassignment surgeries during class hours w/out parents finding out.
I'm very averse to anti-Florida rhetoric. There is a rich queer and multi-racial working class history here. Some of y'all give pretentious when you say you'd rather die than live in this state
