How much time are you spending down on yourself, feeling guilty for past mistakes, telling God what you don’t deserve? That’s a lot of emotional energy that’s not doing any good. God hears you; He knows you’re sincere. But God is not moved by our guilt; He’s moved by our faith.
When you pray and bind something in Jesus’s name, it causes an instant response from heaven. God can stop what’s happening on earth because you prayed. When you pray and loose something on earth, it is liberated in heaven according to the Word of God.
Be good to those that aren’t good to you. Overlook what they said. You have the grace to rise above it, the grace to ignore it, the grace to not let it bother you.
Plenty of Christians carry their Bibles to church on Sunday. They might even have a stack of translations on their office shelf or out on the coffee table for the neighbors to see. But if they never take the time to read it, it doesn’t do them any good.
Don’t make people a priority. You’ll be disappointed. Yes, do your best & cultivate good relationships but don’t hinge your hopes on them. They’re human & they have weaknesses. Put the Almighty at the top of the list always. He will give you insight & wisdom in your journey!
Don’t whisper about others. Instead, shout about the saving power of the blood of Jesus, His healing power, and the hope His presence gives to our lives.
Christ rules the world through the hearts of those who follow Him. When He returns to Jerusalem, He will rule the world with a rod of iron and usher in the Golden Age of Perfect Peace.
Consider the great exchange at the cross. I came to the cross saturated with poverty from the fall of man in Genesis; He gave me the riches of heaven and the blessings of Abraham.
Remember, salvation does not come from the church; it comes from the Cross. Salvation is not water baptism: it's confessing and forsaking our sin so that we shall have mercy with the Lord. Salvation is a Supernatural change. You become a new creature.
