A fun, cutesy anime that had me giggling from episode 1. Sapphic, friends to lovers, with a self-awareness of its own fanservice.

2. Bloom into you

A few solid scenes on sexuality, the idea of sacrifice for love, and a deep dive into being aro/ace. Heavy topics, but felt slow for me at times. Nevertheless, it was enjoyable.

4. Kotaro lives alone

Emotional damage on a level that cannot be named. Really liked this one, and liked the vibe it had compared to other action anime.

Just finished Kakegurui & Kakegurui Twin on Netflix.

Kakegurui Twin was slightly better imo; but women behaving unhinged in the face of everything they desire deserves awards.

Visually appealing, but very male-gaze centric in some shots.

3. Ouran high school host club

For its time (2007), this anime was revolutionary, but some things did not age well. With this in mind I took some things with a pinch of salt.

Animation style is cute and very funny, with characters' reactions meme-worthy.
