@TopDriverIndia Education is good. But passing should be genuinely strict without which no DL should be issued. And law enforcement should regularly check DL.
But who will implement it...?

@TopDriverIndia Nope! The test should first include where to stop & where not to, how to take turns, why not to speed up @ crossing, stick to a lane, why & when not to honk, what's difference betwn left & right lane, why not to overtake frm left, & what's a safe speed of particular vehicle type
