क्लास KG और 6th की चंद किताबों की कीमत 9215 रुपये। अभी कुछ किताबें और कॉपी पूरी लेनी हैं। दुकानों पर बंडल बनकर तैयार हैं। आपको अलग से कुछ भी नहीं मिलेगा। सरकार इस बेलगाम और सुनियोजित लूट पर रोक क्यों नहीं लगा रही? क्योंकि ये मसला लोअर और मिडिल क्लास के लोगों का है। सरकार को अच्छे से पता है कि इस क्लास का आदमी अच्छी शिक्षा के लिए पेट काटकर बच्चों को पढ़ाएगा, क्योंकि वह इस क्लास के बंधन से मुक्त होने की चाहत रखता है। बस, सरकार और स्कूल इसी का फायदा उठा रहे हैं। पहले एक ही किताब से कई बच्चे पढ़ लेते हैं। आगे वाली क्लास में पढ़ने वाले गाँव के बच्चों से पहले ही बोले देते थे कि अगले साल किताब चाहिए। ल���किन शिक्षा के डकैतों ने इस प्रथा को बंद करवा दिया। अब बच्चों से किताबों में लिखवाया भी जाता है ताकि वह अगले साल काम ना आए। हर साल किताब और प्रकाशक के नाम बदल दिए जाते हैं। लेकिन अफ़सोस कि इस पर बातें नहीं हो रहीं। स्कूल खुलते जी NCERT के किताबें बाज़ार से गायब हो जाती हैं। सब मिलीभगत है। सनद रहे, अगर शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य में लूट बंद हो जाए तो आम और मिडिल क्लास की आधी मुसीबतें ख़ुद ब ख़ुद ख़त्म हो जायेंगी।
