No signature.
No photo of my door.
No proof it reached my address.

@ASUS, as the shipper, can you help explain how this qualifies as a completed delivery?

@FedEx @FedExHelp A package sitting in Irving, TX for 4+ days while tracking claims "Your driver is on the way" is not acceptable. I've contacted customer service 3 times and nobody can explain where the package is or when it will be delivered. Worst experience ever !!!

A package that required a signature was marked "Delivered," yet:
❌ I never received it
❌ No signature has been provided
❌ No delivery photo showing my door or address exists
Can either company explain how this qualifies as proof of delivery?

@ASUS I ordered a laptop on June 2 and trusted ASUS to deliver it securely. The package required a signature, yet I never received it. No signature, no photo of my door, and a photo from an earlier failed delivery attempt is now being used as proof of delivery.
