Thanks for your critique, Janet. We actually tried a couple of episodes where House (Hugh Laurie) (please put the brackets in the right place) gets it right first time, but they were only 6 minutes long. NBC weren’t happy. Then we tried some where House never gets it right and the patient dies. The audience wasn’t happy.

One could apply your trenchant analysis to other art forms: JS Bach wrote 30 Goldberg variations on the same chord structure; Frida Kahlo painted 50 portraits of herself; Henry Moore, what??

The point is, or was, variations on a theme; if all you see is hospital, medical blah blah, then it wasn’t meant for you.

@StanChartKE this is extremely disappointing service.

On Feb 26, 2026, I was informed by Elsa Odongo that my Visa chargeback against FlyASky Airlines had been successfully raised and I would be updated within 35 days.

Since then:

1. No response to my follow-up on March 2
2. On March 25, Kevin Kiprono called with no context and asked me to resend all evidence
3. Promised feedback in 48hrs - no follow-up
4. April 2 & April 8 emails - completely ignored
5. I was later told Kevin had been out of office for a week, contradicting earlier assurances

A supervisor (Alexander) then informed me the chargeback process had to be restarted, with yet another 48hr promise — it has now been 9 days (216 hours) with zero feedback from the supervisor.

Multiple emails copied to your team including: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] have gone unanswered.

This level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability is unacceptable — especially for a financial institution handling disputed funds.

I need:
1. Immediate status of my chargeback
2. Confirmation whether it was ever properly filed with Visa
3. Clear timeline for resolution

Kindly escalate this urgently.
