Hannah the manager could benefit from some customer service training as well as making her team more efficient as they are operating so slowly it resulted in people missing flights. This flight was already a rebook due to a five hour delay yesterday.

@Delta the amount of bullshit that you caused today is unreal. My flight was changed six times causing me to miss my connection requiring a rebooking. It arrived FIVE hours late to the destination only to be told on arrival there is no gate for us and we have to wait 30-40 min.

My two children five and under are screaming tired on a runway waiting for a gate. I am also nursing with no access. I had to rebook the connection with no help for delta on the $600 in hotel fees we lost out on . I HATE this customer service wtf !

How is this still a policy? Is it not a liability to put a minor on a plane next to strangers - let alone a toddler? Why is it incumbent on me to request a stranger to move when you moved our seats away from each other. This also puts unnecessary stress on flight attendants

@Delta you really need to change your policy regarding seat assignment changes when traveling with minors. This is the second time in two months you have separated my 2 yr old child from me and had her sitting by herself.

You have the birth date. Today you have my child sitting 15 rows away from me in the middle seat between two strangers after you changed plans and moved her seat. She is 2 years old. This should be rectified immediately not when we board the plane and hope someone moves.
