South Dakota's delegates to the Democratic National Convention met tonight and unanimously endorsed VP Kamala Harris for the 2024 Democratic Presidential Nomination.
Let us come together to
support Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic Presidential Nominee and ensure a brighter, more equitable future for all.
I thank President Joe Biden for his more than fifty years of public service and am grateful to him for putting his country first. He is a true patriot. The Biden-Harris Administration has worked tirelessly to lower costs for American families through the Inflation Reduction Act.
Our country deserves a leader with the qualities that Vice President Harris possesses. This November, we will make history by defeating Donald Trump a second time and electing the first Black woman and the first person of Indian descent to the presidency of the United States.
Violence is never the answer.
I mourn the loss of life at the rally and am relieved Pres. Trump wasn't seriously injured.
Let us unite against gun violence.
I'm voting for Biden for the betterment of the United States of America, the world, and our future.
And you bet your ass I'm fired up to elect more young people to office!
Don't get mad. Get elected.

This MAJOR INVESTMENT is thanks to @POTUS Joe Biden's Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to improve highways, bridges, tunnels, and highway safety. This is how we continue to support South Dakotans!
This project includes widening shoulders to 8ft, providing a 30-foot clear zone, addressing deficient horizontal and vertical curves, replacing four major drainage structures, installing 2 grade separated trail crossing, replacing and extending drainage pipes, and surfacing.
The @USDOT announced a $66,743,607 grant to the @SouthDakotaDOT from the Rural Surface Transportation Grant Program to help us construct appx 15 miles of highway safety improvements on US-385 from Sheridan Lake to the Pennington/Lawrence County line.
