@AlbarnsDemon femc is costly in a remake, marie as a side character isn’t. Sega gave atlus a budget and time restriction, this was their first remake at the time. They didn’t think Reload would make enough money to warrant the expense of working on two versions of a game.

There’s no distinction between people regardless of skin. Mangakas don’t think of races deeply like we do, these characters really are all just “japanese.”

If they were singing a different song then no one would call it out but the song writers for the movie definitely copied a stray kidz bside as well. No originality
