Why do job offers without transparent salary exist, and no other category of offers widely accepts that?

2/3 Blind bidding is only widely accepted in markets of great disproportion, i.e. housing in Amsterdam. If anything, it should be the other way around today - candidates putting themselves out there for blind bidding to hire them.
