Lately I’ve been working a restaurant job and running my own business! My restaurant job has been great for practicing customer service skills and is helping me save up for my future!
I also own @LacunaNutrition , where I created a product that helps combat vitamin deficiencies!
Visited @kamilobliner at her work yesterday and also had a great meal. 😋
She leaves for college in August and has been working close to full-time for the past few months. Her work ethic and drive to succeed will take her far in life. While her competitive athletic days are behind her for now, she continues to take the lessons learned on the field , and use them to succeed in the real world.
I have one rule in my house: you must play a team sport and a combat sport. For Kami, it was soccer and boxing, but she did wrestle for a year. Competitive sports are things that they will never learn in the classroom. Teamwork, commitment , meritocracy, and so much more.
Combine that with a father and mother who were by her side and supportive of everything she did the entire time, and you have what I feel will be somebody who greatly impacts the future of our country.
Life can get busy, which is why I created a product that can support health and wellness goals while keeping you on track to conquer the day.
I am always on the go and constantly reaching for products that fit my busy lifestyle. Add one scoop of Omnia to water, shake, and go🏃♀️
Change isn’t comfortable. To build muscle you have to push yourself. My quads were already pretty fatigued going into these sets.
Fatigue, however, is something you have to learn to push through. Progressive overload is challenging, but is needed to get stronger.
Proud big sister moment! Preston's team went undefeated this season and won their championship game today!
He is so driven and has such a positive and lighthearted demeanor. I can’t wait to watch him grow as a person and see what other amazing things he achieves!
Ex- a rep scheme would go something like 18, 15, 12, 10, 8…. progressing in weight as reps lower.
I love this kind of volume for machines, but I work more power and strength in main lifts (lower in volume, prioritizing heavier lifting overall).
Clips from back day a few days ago! I emphasized engaging my upper back muscles and controlling the movements.
For a lot of exercises, I like to start with higher reps to work volume and then progress into a “top set” to work more strength and get heavier weight.
Starting the month strong with a solid hamstring and glute focused session. I love wide stance RDL’s! I emphasized control and a slow eccentric. One of my main goals in my current training phase is mind-muscle connection. I aim to maximize muscle fiber engagement for hypertrophy.
Goodbye soccer. Thank you for the past 12 years of countless memories, friendships, and experiences that have shaped me into who I am today. I am incredibly grateful for everything soccer has given me, and I plan to carry the lessons I learned with me through all aspects of life.
While I was away, @ThomasLobliner placed 3rd at a preseason tournament wrestling up a weight class.
This kid is a stud, the hardest worker I know who trains 2-3x a day with mat work and strength training and has done everything right this offseason.
Having @kamilobliner support him warms my heart. ❤️
Health is something that EVERYONE should prioritize.
Health isn’t just physical; health is a lifestyle. Proper health combines many things: a good diet, sleep, a positive mindset, moving your body, the people/things you surround yourself with, etc.
@LegacyatCarbon I ensure I get enough protein and nutrients from my diet and take Omnia by @LacunaNutrition to fulfill my vitamin needs. A healthy diet and taking vitamins has definitely helped my body perform and recover better.

Injury prevention is a NON-NEGOTIABLE!
Lifting has become very popular lately, but many people don’t know how to warm up or prime their bodies. Proper pillar and movement prep is essential, especially for athletes.
@LegacyatCarbon allowed my knee to recover so quickly. Start incorporating more warm-up and injury-prevention movements into your workout routine; I promise it will pay off.
Also, I have been very in tune with my nutrition for the past few years…
