A few days ago, Rev. Daniel Amos, a pastor of an ECWA church, was reportedly murdered by Islamists in Gomba State.

He was ambushed during a midweek prayer service because he sheltered Christian converts from Islam.

Why is Islam violent?
Why do we see violent Muslims everywhere?

The answer lies in Muhammad’s teachings in the Quran and the driving force of Islam.

According to the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, reportedly, the Islamic empire operates in three stages:

Stage 1: Minority – Peaceful Coexistence

When Muslims are in the minority, they must remain peaceful. The Quran affirms this:

Surah 109:1-6
"Say, O disbelievers,
I do not worship what you worship,
Nor do you worship what I worship...
For you is your religion, and for me is my religion."

Muhammad preached this tolerance when he was still in Mecca, with only about 40 followers.

This was between 610 AD when he began receiving revelations, and 622 AD when he fled to Medina.

Stage 2: Growing in Number – Defensive Warfare

Once Muslims are numerous enough, they are permitted to fight in self-defense:

Surah 22:39-40
"Permission to fight has been given to those who are being fought because they were wronged. And indeed, Allah is competent to give them victory.

They are those who have been driven out of their homes without right—only because they say, ‘Our Lord is Allah.’"

Muhammad claimed he received this revelation after establishing power in Medina when Islam had grown to thousands.

Stage 3: Majority – Bloody, Murderous Offensive Jihad

When Muslims become the majority, they are commanded to wage war and subjugate others:

Quran 9:5

"When the sacred months have passed, kill the polytheists wherever you find them, capture them, besiege them, and ambush them."

This sanctioned the killing of pagans. Then, Jews and Christians were targeted:

Quran 9:29

"Fight those who do not believe in Allah... among those given the Scripture—until they pay the jizyah willingly while being humbled."

"Those given the Scripture" refers to Jews and Christians.

Historical commentators note that Muslims would slap the heads of those paying jizyah to humiliate them.

Why does Islam command war against Jews and Christians? Because of their beliefs:

Quran 9:30
"The Jews say, 'Ezra is the son of Allah'; and the Christians say, 'The Messiah is the son of Allah'... May Allah destroy them!"

After recapturing Mecca, Muhammad declared war on Christians, ordering his army to march north to attack the Romans.

The only reason this battle didn’t happen was his army’s reluctance to march far north to fight those who had not provoked them.

This is the reality of Islam.

Islam spreads through conquest. True followers of Muhammad imitate him—by waging war.

Unless you are a nominal Muslim who doesn't care.

But if you choose to follow the actual teachings of Islam, you must stone Deborah to death.

You must gather other Muslims to behead Samuel Paty in France for being accused of drawing a cartoon of Muhammed(he didn't).

You must bash the head of Christians in Plateau while shouting, "Kill the infidel, allahu akbar!"

You must ram a car into a crowd of Germans on Christmas.

You must. This is Muhammed.

They attack Christians and Jews.
They spread Islam through violence when in the majority.

How do they justify this? Because Muhammad taught that dying in Jihad is the ultimate honor:

Sahih al-Bukhari 2797 / Sahih Muslim 1877

"By Him in whose hand my soul is, I would love to be martyred in Allah's cause, then be brought back to life, and martyred again, and brought back to life, and martyred again..."

This is why Muslims kill in Jihad—because Muhammad taught it was the highest virtue.

Jesus predicted such persecution:

John 16:2-3
"They will put you out of the synagogues. Indeed, the hour is coming when whoever kills you will think he is offering service to God.

And they will do these things because they do not know the Father, nor me."

In conclusion, we have shared this for the following reason:

Christian leaders must stand for our Northern Christians, as this enemy will not stop.

To the Muslim world—Muhammad was visited by a spirit that terrified him.

That was not the God of the Torah and the Gospel. The true God is Jesus Christ.

God never talks like this.

You can come to Him tonight.

Pray this:
"Lord Jesus, I believe You are the Way, the Truth, and the Life. I am a sinner—please forgive me. Give me eternal life. I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Reveal Yourself to me, that I may know You are true. Amen."

We truly need a Christian African Kingdom Coin. We have what it takes to make it happen. What do you all think?

Personally, I don’t have an interest in creating such, so I don’t think I’d be the right face for it. But can 2025 be the year believers launch their own KingdomBTC? Or we can revive the Kingdom Coin if need be...

As the Bible says:

“But you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may confirm His covenant that He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.” — Deuteronomy 8:18 (ESV)

If believers control their own financial systems, we can fund the Kingdom work without limitations. Are we ready to make it happen?
