So $DLR, which has spent over $3B in the LTM on “non-recurring” (i.e. “growth”) capex, had DOWN revenues and EBITDA on a Y/Y basis in the 1Q. And this is despite big increases in their self-reported re-leasing spreads metric, as well. Where is the AI-driven growth…?! $EQIX
@GreggDoyelStar@indystar Every major power has failed b/c of combination of three. Debt, civil war, inflation. We should never shut down gvmt. But we have to face it. Increases taxes and decreases gvmt spending asap. Or the next generation is in big trouble.

The USA needs to pass a 27th amendment disallowing Federal deficit spending in any fiscal year until the National Debt is fully paid off.
We need to shut down the circular financing scheme funding embedded politicians with deficit spending kickbacks else there is no way forward.
