Brilliant time speaking with the players of Leyton Orient Academy who took on so much of what I shared with them to reflect on areas they could improve their focus and mindset on the pitch.
Yesterday, as part of the boys’ induction we had @kamranbedi in discussing the importance of wellbeing, its impact and how the mind works. A very thought-provoking workshop which led to some intriguing questions from the boys at the end as they reflected on how their mind impacts on them and strategies to overcome the negativity.
